A Message From Karen
After working 6 years as a
groomer, in a high volume retail chain, grooming salon, I would dream of having
my own grooming shop.
I realized that there was s need for a more personable, safe, inviting and clean place where people could bring their pets and feel good about leaving their loved ones.
I spent the over 6 months visiting groom shops in the surrounding areas, observing and talking to groom shop owners, as well as groomers, getting feedback on everything from the day to day operations to finding the best products to use. As I visited each groom shop, I was able to take away ideas that I could build upon to make my shop, services, and the products we use, stand out above the rest.
On September 10th, 2008 my dreams became reality when I opened my groom shop for the first time. You, will notice the difference from the moment you step in the front door until your pet goes home with you that no other groom shop in the area compares to our facility.
